Staff Issues a Letter of Warning

RPh. Shazia Ali, license #19741, was subject of a prehearing conference held May 17, 2010, heard by Dr. Chesson, regarding allegations of dispensing Amplicillin with incorrect directions. RPh. Ali changed the directions without consulting the patient or the treating physician. Recommendation: Staff Issues a Letter of Warning to RPh. Ali.

yikes! hopefully she's more careful with her drug trials at Novartis.

Really try deciphering what these doctors scribble when the pharmacy you work for keeps cutting hours of help and expects you to fill 10 scripts an hour. Its not an excuse but whoever suggested termination is extreme
