What a joke . Exelon Patch , Fanapt you're kidding right ???
Diovan Exforge soon to be generic already booted off many formularies
Reclast jaw necrosis causing POS soon to be generic & already being investgated
Glivec- soon to be generic

I know contract companies with a better portfolio .

We keep 800 delivery boys & girls around selling junk & making their
lives miserable for the next 8-9 months so we can lay them off too

I mean really novartis why bother with any sales force ?

This was always a 3rd rate pharma co & will always be a 3rd rate co.

Don't kidd yourselves about the 'generous' package . NVS had to offer hush money
to mitigate the flood of lawsuits that would ensue had they not offered it not that
suits won't emerge anyway .

Even better...Watson filed for Generic Exelon Patch and we know based upon past experience with fighting against other companies that file for generics for our branded agents...Reclast goes generic next year..so another lay off when Reclast goes generic...Oh yea, and that leaves 1 product, Exelon Patch, with a company that has filed for generic...There will be 1 product in less than a year and potentially zero products if our patent doesn't hold with Exelon Patch. Why would anyone stay here? If you were mapped, use the time to find something else quickly..You now have the last seat on the titanic!

Finapt is a joke as well, so you'll see that product go..bye bye or major lay-offs in the next few months. soo...that leaves Gilenya to carry the company...yes a company that doesn't know MS..yes first oral agent, but can't get over 6% share...oh yea...competition that understands how to sell in MS coming out with their new orals this year. So...what does Novartis have? Nothing!

Yes, they can buy another company..but oh yea we spent way to much for Alcon so we don't have the money to buy anything worthwhile. I'm retained but getting out if here as fast as I can!

Matter of time before the lawsuits from that effectively eradicate NVS branded meds

We LOVE law suits here! Bring em on! We can't lay off of them, just when the ones in play get settles, we will have treated people wrongly, or covered up scientific data of some sort and created another problem,...hence another law suit...

Crazy isn't the biggest problem with this company is the people running it at the top, but yet, no consequences for them! How does that happen?
 




Even if Exelon Patch stays..who would want that to be the only product you sell, in a ALZ markets that is declining, but we need to continue to grow the hell out of a product in a declining market..Yes..Lets bet the company future on Exelon Patch, Gilenya and Finapt! Hahahahahahah

Novartis should have just waived the white flag & hired a CSO
for 1-2 years for mop up duty & completely eliminated field sales

This company is fit for cheap generics , saline solution , contact lenses
& heartworm pills.
All commodities mind you & as soon as competitors follow suit to china
& india there will be more downward price pressures

My gut tells me they will manage out a few hundred more reps over the next year to avoid
severances & by virtue will make your lives a living hell (more so) if that's even possible.

Correct and right on target!
 




Lots of skeletons in the closet with Reclast and reimbursement directions from the company ! Lots of feds will love to hear those stories about what we were taught to say to the physicians about getting paid and how to make the most from administration! This one may make TAP look like a dance!

Report it! As we all know from our ENDLESS compliance ilearns..if we see or know about a violations we must report it! Make em pay if it's true! Plus you'll get a big chunk of the payout out if Novartis is proven guilty, a whistleblowers get tons!
