Novartis contract so very toxic, Amplity Regionals make it 10x worse...

This is such a toxic workplace, I'm surprised there hasn't been any repercussions for either Novartis or Amplity. Maybe there has been and I'm not aware of it.

The Novartis managers and reps treat the Amplity reps like dirt.

Add the Regional managers from Amplity and you've got a disaster. There is absolutely no support whatsoever from the Regional Mgr.

Of course, Amplity HR can't be trusted.

What the hell, where do I turn if there's an issue??

Answer: get out!!

No wonder there's almost no one left from the original Amplity team.

thanks for the update.
I passed on this position because I was sick and tired of the entire contract situation, being treated like a fool even though I was an accomplished rep with more education and accolades that the Novartis people.

Novartis is another siilly big pharma company.

Best move for smart people is to take the job and do as little as possible while supplementing with another job on the side.

Or do what I did...make more money selling in another industry where I am treated like an adult.

Really feel bad for you all, that stay with this industry and get treated terribly. I would serioulsy look to make an exit if you can afford it. Best to you all !

Why do people want to be pharma contract reps anyway? It is the bottom of the barrel job.

With the hottest job market over the last few years, there are so many other options than being a lowly contract rep yet people sign up for it then complain about it. That is so strange!

Agreed! My Amplity partner has been here close to 4 years now and complains about every.damn.thing. Company car not good enough. Tries to get out of meetings. Trashes Nvs to offices...enough is enough! We have given him job openings to apply but he is too damn lazy. So sick of some of these reps. If you don't want to make a change then quit complaining!
