Your DMs know nothing. RDs may have vague ideas, but will be/were sworn to secrecy under penalty of job loss. DMs will find out very shortly before the ax falls. If you're in a city and lots of reps are selling identical products, it's likely that you'll get tagged. Look for the tenured, high pensioned to go, but the outside firm that orchestrates this is wise to spread the pain to avoid the obvious legal entanglements.

Start banking some cash to live on. Convert anything liquid to the same. It's all just stuff. Get conservative on the way you live. Get your resume updated. Do a reality check, millions are out of work; many with skills other than buying lunch and leaving samples. Not a put down, but a reality!

yes!..didn't you read the email. novartis has designated every dec2 as annual downsizing day. in memory of the brave 1400 who went down last year, they will cut 1400 every year going forth. after they can no longer accommodate 1400 cuts, they will contact previously honored cuts, and give them a ceremonial axing ( however, due to co.'s financial status, no additional severance awarded). it is not certain whether this will be considered a co. holiday or you can use as floater. ask your manager if uncertain.
 












During this ejaculation, oh, I mean downsizing, Novartis will let you keep your IPAD if yo do not sign the severance agreement. By the way, the four hour time share sales presentation during Presidents Club also requires a 2 night stay at $229 US per night to qualify.
