I recently joined as a CRA at Novartis pharmaceuticals. Just wanted to get a feel of the position and work environment. Any Novartis CRA survivors out there who can provide some insights?? I would really appreciate any thoughts.

This board is more sales related staff whining about what car the company is paying for...no one is going to answer your question about a position where you ACTUALLY do work...
