Thank you upper management for taking the foot off the gas. It has been hell over the past two years but I think you guys finally have it figured out. Once we can stop looking over our shoulders, we'll be much more productive and motivated. Now if only the managers will lay off on the two day per month field rides this job would be perfect.

Are you kidding? Management has not taken their foot off the gas. If anything, they are expecting more since TF has been on the market now for almost 2 years. Two day monthly ride alongs are here to stay

They absolutely have take their foot off the gas! How many new hospital postings do you see now? A few months ago it was one new posting every week!. Haven't seen a new opening in over a month.

Would love to have whatever you're smoking! There was just an opening today in MA. Another opening came last week. The message at Sept POA was to NOT take your foot off the gas.
