NOT losing my vacation

As an LCM with several years service, I always have other locations rolling their eyeballs we when they have to cover my location when taking my ample accrued vacation.
The fact that I don't have a PST, and that whoever covers for me usually has to deliver beds all day should'nt matter.
I work hard for my eto and am not giving it up!

Oh and congrats on your quick recovery over the kidney stone too. THAT has to feel pretty darn good for you.

You obviously don't know who or what you're talkin about, but that never got in the way of running your stellar location as only you can do it.
You deserve all the vacation coming your way. The hell with other locations having to fill in.
You're worth it.

Why don't you give up a little of your vacation to help out the company in its time of need?
I'm sure they've done plenty for you.

Why should I?
I've been performing PST and LCM duties (and flawlessly, I might add) constantly over and over for years. And when I lost yet another PST 4 months ago, now they won't hire another PST at all. If I didn't know any better, I'd swear they're doing it on purpose.
