HA! Obviously that's a total joke! All 7 execs are guilty. I hope the lunatics that were on CP a year ago shouting, "NOT GUILTY" enjoyed watching the top execs plead GUILTY. And it won't fair well for Kapoor and the others still claiming they are innocent. They will get nailed in court. What they did goes beyond greedy. So many innocent people hurt, so many loved ones left to try to pick up the pieces of shattered lives.

Just wait. There will be lots of “he said / she said” going on during this trial. Very hard to prove in court. Yes, there’s some evidence that looks bad, but remember - there will be a jury of 12 people who weren’t even smart enough to get out of jury duty making the call here. Not you or me. The government really wants JK. They want him to be the face of the “opioid epidemic” they keep parading to the public. Its a heroin problem. But, that’s another story for another time. Who knows - they may just have enough evidence and testimony to get JK. We shall see. Most execs will walk, and a few will do a couple years at a low level security place and pay a fine. The company has already come to an agreement with the DOJ and they will change their name later in 2019 once these trials have concluded. Sad? Yes. True? Yes. I feel for the individuals that were hurt in this case. This is a tale as old as time.
