No its a glorified PC company, not specialty. ESPECIALLY in the OBU. All the busy work, trackers, call averages, check the box mentality...it's maddening!

True. It's become an entirely different place. Definitely not about the people. The morale is going downhill. And to top it off - traveling to a national meeting on SUNDAY and not back until FRIDAY night?! In the business world who makes mandatory travel like this!!?!
