We missed target again. Stock dropping like a rock today. Four or five straight qtrs of decline. This is one poorly ran company. The turnover costs to this company is unreal. That is part of the bottom line in our TO costs. Dumb decision to stop once a month Actonel. Dumb decision to stop 400 Asacol. When the Generic 400 comes out, 800 will suffer. Anyway, the proof is in the data!
 






WE? You did. Why don't you spend more time with your doctors and tell them how WC products have great efficacy and safety profile. You can do more dinner programs and extra lunches in your territory. MAYBE, you should try to drive your company car and see if the doctors need some samples.
 


































































When are the Doryx cards going to pulled again? Are we going to wish our offices Happy New Year while telling them our cards are now crap.. like last year? Without them I am screwed.

You work somewhere where your concern is whether or not sample cards will be pulled and affect your ability to do the job that you pretend to do; so I would say that you are already pretty screwed.
 






The rats will be leaving this ship at a fast pace over the next few weeks. Reps that did not get their bonus on schedule and were deemed an "exception" will be paid out in December. After that they are gone. The DM's that have been interviewing will be gone in December. The others will start turning in resignations next week. Good luck to the training department and the DM's that will be filling more holes...of course the regionals will get up at the next meeting and declare that the DM is to blame when a good rep leaves. What will they say when their DM's leave? Is it the regional's fault? This company makes me sick.
 












I am not mistaken. By the end of December the regionals will not know what hit them. It is about to begin and it all surrounds the fact that no one is in touch with our customers anymore. Thus, we are left to battle the generic market without any ammo. No one can win so the smart DM's and reps are leaving. Plain and simple.
 






Again, why post things on here just to stir things up? Doryx card will not be pulled. We have tripled our RXs in some areas with it, doubled in the shitty areas. There is no chance in hell this will happen. I only know of things on the derm side, but still, just give the end of the world thing a break and go sell something to someone who will buy it from you.
 






You, my dear derm delusional rep are in for the biggest surprise when the talent pool begins to leave. Derm will be affected as heavily as the WHC division with managers/reps leaving. Does DD mean anything to any of you? He is not afraid of the big bad Carl wolf anymore... actually I think he may have a bone to pick with Roger now that I think about it... Tick tock...
 






Why should we fear any of this? Our Doryx shares are up across the board, and we will make money for once on this also ran drug. Who cares about the WHC division....as long as they keep our card working and letting us call on derms only we are set.
