Northeast Vaccine Managers

What's the difference? Can morale get any lower at this POS company?

Give me my paycheck and I'll suffer through another month of this crap. Then I'll do it again....

That is my feeling too. When we were MVD we thrived. Once the stooges arrived and we became MVID we just tried to survive. Morale was flushed down a long time ago. Time for more layoffs, I mean- sales force reductions.

is there one manager in the Northeast who is not demoralizing or demoting their reps?

It's not just the Northeast. It's the entire division. When it was MVD, the region directors did not reward the overt @ss kissers or the constant hand raisers that felt compelled to tell you every thing about their territory or everything about things we already knew. The directors rewarded reps who did a good job and were respected by their peer.

When USHH took over, via the three stooges, the opposite happened. The new directors who were and still are clueless when it comes to vaccines rewarded the backstabbing @sskissers and the reps who raised their hand every chance they got, to managers or S3's. The good reps that did not always feel the need to be heard every 3 seconds at meetings were pushed to the side, deliberately. This is a deliberate initiative to remove anybody left from MVD because the current leadership does not want to hear they are doing anything wrong and all they want are devoted koolaid gulping yes sheeple.

I could not have said it any better- it is so true. Too bad.

Layoff the DCO's first! We definitely don't need five of them. We were doing just fine with two (TM and BD). You knock off three and you would save MVID at least over a million dollars by removing three people that do not bring in any revenue. Which two DCO's are worth keeping?

Definitely agree there. MVD was the crown jewel of Merck. Now it is a circus run by clueless clowns.
