Northeast RBD

Thinking about applying to the open RBD position, but after reading this thread am wondering about culture and overall company health for the future. Pros and cons from current employees please. How is the hiring manager? How about the other RBD colleagues? The recruiter says this role reports to a VP? I’m not looking to get into another small company hornets nest.

Go for it. Nothing to worry about. Former manager came from marketing zero sales experience, thought it would be a cake walk. Went running back to marketing.

nevermind that though…how about the product…or the leadership…crl letter? Fda? Nash ? No bueno? She/her/they? Fe/fi/fo/fum?

Honestly not surprised Megan left for a marketing job. The only reason she was a RBD was because she was Richard’s pet project. Maybe give us a manager who has at least been a rep at some point.

None of your business. The woman has more talent Thant you could possibly dream off. So rather than judging as to why pleas go back to selling.

Looks like someone got her knickers in a twist. Best of luck in your next job, with all that “talent.” I hope we get a new manager who actually knows what they’re doing as a sales manager. Carrying the bag should be mandatory for being promoted into sales management.

Speaking of “bags”, would you prefer more managers with “talent” like Jaime and Don?

I hope we hire sales reps who actually work. I can call you out and nobody would be surprised that you treat it like a part time job at best.
