Northbrook " work from home " Scam

Since we don't have enough money to pay the producers of this company, we need to dig deep into these fancy " work from home " positions. A producer of Astellas is a person who keeps the lights on and makes the money for the company while the non-producers eat jelly donuts and create busy work for the producers. I have lots of questions about these " work from home " positions:

1. Do any employees that do not carry a bag from M-F have a company car for use
2. Is the entire HR Department working from home
3. How many work from home positions are in existence, this information should be available to all
4. Are all the attorneys that the Japanese love working from home
5. How many work from home positions are in the commercial operations department
6. How many work from home positions are in the entire marketing department
7. How many work from home positions are in the learning and development department
8. Who exactly is occupying the one real expensive building left to Astellas
9. How often are the work from home positions required to check into the one expensive building left, if any
10. Do the work from home positions have a clock in and clock out device to notify home office of hours worked
11. How are we able to collect receipts from the work completed from these work at home positions
12. How many work from home positions could we downsize so we could pay the producers good money
13. How many of the former Northbrook occupants are now living outside of Illinois
14. How much does it cost to fly in former occupants of the Northbrook Building back to Northbrook for work
15. How do we know if the work from home positions work a full day 8am - 5pm
16. What are the positions that are not work from home that are required to come in to Northbrook everyday
17. Is anyone required to come into Northbrook everyday, which positions are those

The field salesforce is being scrutinized at all levels while we are not the ones that failed. Management knows when we crap on company time. The employees in home office are not elite. You have failed us at very high levels. We need change and action from new leaders that respect and admire the salesforce. The times of Northbrook crap not stinking are over. The home office has sucked the life out of this company.

Wow! Who would have known all of this stuff going on!

I get a car, a special covid bonus around $750, company paid relocation to a beach state, and the bonus money not paid to the field, we share, in addition to already high salary, bonus, and LTI. We also have guaranteed pension benefits on top of the 401K contributions and my spouse has priority over the field in hiring to HQ roles. Credit union for HQ employees is great, zero interest car loans and mortgages, but who needs another car ? 85% of my son's private college tuition and room is covered by Astellas friends and family scholarship as long as he keeps 1.75 GPA. Come to HQ.

Covid just never ended for these Home Office fat cats. Get dressed and get your asses back to Northbrook. Showing up to work is kind of important to the success of our organization.

i wish someone would tell my leadership team about this scam. first you give up your company car. you work during you PTO consistently or it’s deemed you are not committed you have sun up to sun down back to back meetings about the meeting. everything data reports slides are always due yesterday. you are pulled into last minute meetings and expected to come with slides. you do not get a bathroom break barely. you have no work life balance and most of do it because we just love it. only to come on here and see a ton of negative comments like this post. meaning it’s a thankless job.you have no idea how long it takes to get resources approved on avarrage. how many fights with internal teams about the word “may”. you take a pay cut like a net loss because of the car.. it’s not easy so before you go talking about what you do do not know at all! you know nothing. educate yourself. instead of complaining read up on work processes. seek to better understand and grow your overall industry knowledge on what it takes to bring a drug to market. what the “real patient journey is” why access is jacked up. the costs of “free ain’t free patient programs” contracting processes with payers when demand is low. in other words the world outside of your zip code at AST is much much bigger than you will ever know. finallly, grow up and stop being a whining hater.

Impressive multi-tasking! You no doubt typed this up while eating lucky charms and watching Jerry Springer in your underwear. Get dressed, get your ass back to Northbrook, and let’s starting making Astellas great again.

There are a ton of companies that stayed remote...or are hybrid...nothing wrong with that if they are effective. That is the problem here.... not effective. So many missteps in the launch of Veozah as if noone talks to each other.
