Why is Norma such a shitty manager? She never had to work to actually sell anything in DC because of the corporate agreement at Gerogetown. Then she cans Ed for not making his numbers while half her team isn't either. How long before she realizes that it's not DC and that the rest of the country actually has to work to sell something? Wonder if she'll get canned before she has the chance to fire the rest of her team....
 












The same could be said for every region in the country. The problem is not the reps it is the dysfucntional management team. They blame the reps when they cant hit numbers but the numbers are sooo untainable. OI has the worse management team I have ever seen....and it is only going to get worse as they continue to hire more and more pharma folks. I thank God every single day that I left this joke of a company.
 






Oh- and did I mention she married one of her PDs? I guess if that's what you have to do to hit your numbers....marry someone and use corporate agreements...if only it were soeasy for the rest of us!
