So you can't go to work for HDL, Atherotech, or any other competitor. It's not worth it for the crap they pay here.

I just got mine. My lawyer said if I sign it, the way it is worded, I will never be able to work anywhere in the field.

Is anyone signing theirs?

My lawyer said dont sign it they can do nothing and maybe setting themselves up for a counter class action suit.

This is not the same company I signed on with. I am sure a lot will sign the non compete out of fear or just plain ignorance. It won't hold up in court. I'm not signing it...not a chance. I may be in the minority, but I choose my own path and won't let a company dictate my future employment opportunities.
I wonder how many of senior management signed it?
Just another great decision and total lack of respect on LS part...great move for morale.
