How does it feel knowing your’re getting paid commissions at your company by overcharging taxpayers for Medicare? How many millions to the taxpayers? Medicare is going broke and seniors need it to remain solvent. While the rest of us in the industry report ASP and play by the rules, your company decides to cheat and continue to overcharge at WAC. The rest of the HA industry is all over this one. Only a matter o matter of time when Medicare gets to the bottom and will ask to recoup all the overpayments since you guys launched Durolane and gelsyn on behalf of the taxpayers overpaying for products that is no more novel than what it on the market. Your success is all Selling on the margins and you all know it. This Ponzi scheme operation will end soon.

Try again. Explain how Durolane is unique or better efficacy wise versus other single injections Monovisc or Gel One to justify charging Medicare over 1,000 per injection ever quarter? Thats double what Medicare pays for the other two single products.

Did your company tell you that Durolane FAILED 3 times with the FDA to get approval? Look it up, its all public information.

How is Gelsyn 3 better than the other injection products on the market? You are billing 3 times more for one injection versus the cheapest 3 injection alternative product that works just as well. I bet Medicare and the taxpayer are thrilled. Don't worry, this is all been delivered to the politicians by your competitors.

I am ex employee just trolling the news on Exogen issues. Biohazzard does a good job of cashing in on the ASP loophole, when its over you would have to assume the business will go in toilet. In my area we had almost zero coverage for any of 3 products, and with blue's dropping HA many offices were just using specialty to avoid carrying costs.

It really is a terrible company, I am so glad to never to set up another patient or receive a fax with a terrible order or good order with high OOP.

I looked around at the NSM and it was all good looking chicks and used car salesman, the DOS's I know are all terrible.

Did you really think the rest of the industry would remain silent the entire time and just roll over?? Of course not. We have family to feed too. You will just raise or lower your prices to adjust like the rest of us have to do. Or did you really think you were going to be remain immune from price competition forever?
