NON-COMPETES AT INTEGRA ?

Oh they should hire you. You would be laser focused on the integra line, I see

I'm just asking THE OBVIOUS question! I have noticed that the folks carrying Integra in my area carry multiple lines. I just want to carry some Integra too.

Don't act so smart. If you are management and you do t know this fact you are STUPID! Now try to answer my query nicely. Anyone can be an asshole. I bet I can be a bigger one than you!

Each division is going to be different and have different policies. Which Integra division are you asking about specifically? And from what I know, if a direct was carrying other lines, that would be a poor decision. If he/she were caught they would be terminated.

"Well, are you gonna pull those pistols or whistle Dixie?"
Except from The Outlaw Josey Whales movie staring Clint. Eastwood

Highly recommend you carry multiple lines and not just Integra's. Integra's line is crap. Just ask my grandma who had recon on her ankle. The implant has broken through her skin and is now exposed just from normal walking. Poor gam-gam.

Oh ya, and gam-gam's cat also had an Integra skull implant. Every time gam-gam turns on the microwave Fluffy pisses all over the carpet and claws gam-gam. POOR GAM-GAM!! ALL BECAUSE OF INTEGRA!! GAM-GAM!!!!

integra does not drug test but the hospitals ask for yearly 10 panel drug screens

the hardware line does need updating but the collagen is amazing if you find the right doc who sees the right patient base and can be their buddy... they will share how great the skin is with every other department in the hospital system. plastics will tall vascular who woo will tell podiatry podiatry will tell ortho who will tell trauma and burn. know everyone and make sure they all know about each other success with the company. soon you have a hospital that loves this stuff is doing all cases they can find. Hopefully by the time you have set roots for skin/skill sales, you can start to grow the metal business with the contacts you made in ortho and podiatry. Not a bad company to work for if you see the natural progression of how the sales cycle works. we seriously do need an upgrade to tfs2 for mpj fusions and lapidus, uni cp needs smaller screws and variable angle locking options. actually all plate sets need variable able locking options and 2 diamater sizes. and more configurations of uni cp 3 level straight plates for midfoot fusions and ankle fractures. and for the love of jeesus some kind of workable hammertoe option IPON stinks 90% of the time. the technique is backwards. sorry for the rant. lots of things could be improved. but if the company does what it should for us to stay relevant, we do have the ability to become a market leader. that is all

and for fucks sake the depth gauges in large and small qwix stink. as well as the handles in those sets and all the others ie tibiaxys, panta, uni cp. hard plastic non ratcheting? that's bush league. thats a quick easy fix that could be rolled out BY THE TIME WE GET TO NSM. Rubber ratcheting handles in every set would set a lot of minds at east about the direct the company intends on going. rant over
