IDD.... so far like everything i have learned about the company. Coming from pharma and know I have to get some experience.

If one of your actual concerns about taking any job is signing a non-compete you probably should consider someplace like Walmart or Target. If you could talk to any of the 50% of this companies sales team who have left since January of this year they'd share with you a thousand reasons to not come here...and non-compete wouldn't make the list. The trangresions of the past in this division have required the new leadership of this company to make the job needlessly more difficult than it already was. You will be promoting a product that has been out for 10 years. If you are coming into a market that's been doing poorly, it will continue to do so regardless of how good you are, or think you are. If you are coming into a market that's won ACE multiple years in a row, it's because the person who left either got caught, or left prior to getting caught, for bribing their practitioners to order. They did this by either arranging bogus local advocate programs, hosting fake lunches where the caterer gave them cash instead, or had their regional mom and pop labs signing bogus lease agreements for equipment...none of which can you do anymore.
If you got laid off and need to keep your lights on, this is A stop...not a good one. If you have a job you don't like stay, because I can assure you this one will be worse. You will regret everyday you work here and it will make you question your decision making skills if you make this choice...
