How can they restrict someone from working? Bet the managers have a tough time getting sign up for jobs with this. It sounds illegal to me too and we find it incredible this can be in any of these contracts. Told my hubby that maybe we need to pass on this offer. Any comments on this, we have one more week to decide. He's scheduled to start soon.
