Can a rep please confirm this? Sick of all the rumors. No Way Merck would let some go with NO Severence. They just would not do this. What were you given and when we're you notified that you would be gone??
 




The rumor is not true. You have to realize that 99% of the information on this site is crap posted by reps that have been shown the door.....I actually visit to get a good laugh by how creative they can be!!

All psych team gets 60 day WARN notice and then sweet severance package which will only last a bit longer at mother. The neuro hsc's have not been issued paperwork, they will be around for another 4 months but have a guaranteed package dated back in Oct. This group is protected as they don't want to screw up legally. After all, many hsc's have lawyered up and want a hefty piece of the OIG settlement. The whistling should yield hsc's 1.5 each. At least that is the number I am hearing here at UG. $$$$$$$$$ greed is good, greed is ? This organization is a mess.
 




Saphris group is enjoying hefty severance packages plus WARN Act until February to avoid whistleblowers suing the company for marketing messaging. They were all called back to headquarters last year to stop their current messaging so Forest wouldn't back out of deal.

Oh really dip shit? I have been here 15 years and 80% of the time the information on here is right on.
It's sad that we can't trust our leaders to be honest. But it is their dishonesty that has lead to the creation and NEED for a site like this.
Necessity is the mother of invention....

Indeed but reps and hsa's were gathered up at hq THIS past spring. Then they took hsa's off psych in spring, dumped/shredded all documents and put them full time on insomnia. What really happened? Hsa's are tight lipped and word in hq is they are getting a massive OIG settlement. Someone blew a whistle and MRK is dealing with it quietly. Details? Details? Yikes.
