No rep needed, S&N will sell direct to Hospitals

Whether it fails or does well, the President of S&N is going to initiate the plan. It will make the stockholders happy with the higher profits. S&N reps are disposable after reading the article.

Why not sell direct..most hospitals are now large regional organizations and getting larger..the local hospital guys don't get to select what toilet paper to buy anymore so why should this be different..

If you did not have a reason to leave this POS company before here you have it... S&N is directly competing AGAINST its own sales force! If I were a distributor I'd be shopping for other lines or hoping Stryker buys us out!

I think S&N would need a bit more market share to change the culture. Start with your locking mechanism. This brand was grown and functions by good reliable highly trained technical sales reps, guys and gals who can answere questions during intense situations....It won't survive without those people. It's obvious this is a company trying to abandon their sales force to make the most on it final msrp. Which is not nice. If you do that abruptly then you should share the profits. That's just one persons thoughts. One CEO can't change the culture. That's what it is....

I am a 1099 and I can honestly say that in many years with this company, I can count the number of "good reliable highly trained technical sales reps" that I have met, on one hand!

Classless, unprofessional and uneducated used car salesmen, is more descriptive.
