No Referral Bonus?

If we refer someone and they land a job here is it true no referral bonus? Person I referred gave my name and RSM said “thanks good you know that person, but doesn’t matter for them because no referral bonus.” My friend called and asked “how cheap is this company. Every other company gives referral.”

What’s the typical sign-on bonus? My current company gave me 15k.

There is a referral bonus. You must fill out form. Contact HR.

Not above poster but let’s set the record straight here on the obvious company kool-aid drinker you are. Sexual harassment happens here. Bullying and retaliation happens here. Leadership by intimidation happens here. Blatant favoritism happens here.
So get off your judging high horse!! I’m sure people would be healthier and happier if they weren’t being subjected to this destructive level of workplace abuse.

Can anyone provide honest response? If we refer someone do we get a referral bonus? Starbucks card? Anything?
