All pharmaceutical companies would have already laid off the reps the first chance they get when a product goes generic. No revenue has been made since January. The country Japan is going through a lot in the music. How is Kowa Japan dealing with this? The American market is expensive in the pharmaceutical world.

I seconded that. I found another job paying way better. The reps left act like Kowa is the only pharmaceutical job in the world. They have to stay “loyal” to their boss and JM. Because they are all “family”.

No one needs to stay “loyal” most of us are college grads and have no prior work experience so racking up the few consecutive years as pharma reps with one company is essential for career growth. The rest are close to retirement so obviously they’re going to ride it out. Stop being haters. I used to talk about my ex girlfriend non stop before I got over her too. My friends hated it and thought I was obnoxious, ya’ll sound obnoxious too.
