NO PAY FOR CONCERTA?

How come we are not being compensated for Concerta? We were told by America on conference call that we would be paid an additional $5 per call on the Tamiflu/Concerta calls.

Yet, there is no pay for this on our stub.

Any thoughts????????????

I can't figure it out, I think they took back more than they ever gave me, but I can't prove it.

They did the same thing to me. And ironic how they don't address this issue until the middle of February when we started executing these calls in early December. They needed to make this right from the beggining by designating these calls as the P2 on the paystubs! That's they way they've done it in the past!!

And why no explanation until now? Guess they read CP....
