Assuming that many on this board are actaully employees, I am ashamed of how childish and bitter you are. Anyone looking at the immature comments populating this board would understand why there is a problem with this company. A good, young company experiencing growing pains but saddled with half-wits that are not happy with their lives. I guess you all expected the launch to make most of you millionaires over night.

Well, let me ask you, What is keeping you here? Please leave and take your defeatist attitude with you. We need people that can help us learn from our mistakes rather than blame others that have done better and planned better. Not everyone that has made a buck or two is a crook.

Test the market and see if there is anyone out there that wants to add a level of immaturity and time wasting to their workforces. Hopefully, this is good bye and good luck
 






the only one who wanted to make as many millions as possible in any way possible was the leader of this company for so many years who is still a tumor residing on the BOD. he committed heinous crimes. the company will never get past his crimes. his crimes are so heinous and hurt so many including, employees who came under false pretenses not to get rich but seeking a better life for their families ,cancer patients, shareholders, and bondholders. this company is tainted and will forever be tainted by the horrible things ex-CEO and several others did. not only is it tainted due to crimes, financially this company will never be able to pull this off and the longer they try the worse it is for cancer patients.

no one is making you stay. you are the ONLY person here defending this company that continues to harbor criminals. you respond to your own posts. you are a laughingstock. we are laughing at you. why would we leave. only one having a miserable time on this board is you. you are on the wrong side. everything you say can be shot down so easily. there is no defense. you may want to try starting a thread about provenge. there isn't much bad to say about it and you wouldn't find yourself having to defend something that can't be defended.
 






There were many employees that had their careers sidetracked. Of those employees, some left secure companies as they were enticed by friends in upper management with promises of bonuses, stock options and a large severance package. Other employees (those with children to support) were contacted by employees in the field to come on board as there was a demand for their expertise in a growing company.
The employees weren't looking for millions to pocket, they were filled with hope and optimism to work in a career in the field of cancer research and treatment. At one meeting this was stated when the question "why are we here boys" was poised. One of the employees replied "to find a cure for cancer", his response was met with laughter. After the meeting, management laughed at his gullibility and retold the story among cronies.
The employees that were side tracked were regular people earning a living wage, supporting their families, and saving for retirement. As for the white collar criminals it is the usual story of greed and lust of money and power and viewing employees as objects on a chess board. Some would call this corporate America and others view it as psychopathy.
The courts may call it something else-illegal and criminal.
Whatever your values or view, let's hope this time justice is served.

Dear Mitch- Its apparent that you don’t care about your employees, especially for the ones that took the big risk of staying on through all the dips. If it was just getting sucker punched on our financial future, I might have kept quiet. But no, you had to make our working life hell by bringing on people you knew were toxic.

So here are a few questions for you

Every Monday afternoon you attended a meeting that reviewed plant capacity and sales. You had Weekly Capacity Reports at your disposal. Don't you remember?

We were limited to a measly 12 workstations throughout most of 2010. We couldn’t even fill those slots. Don't you remember?

Our Market Planning Department, the ones with all the data and responsible for forecasting, projected 2011 sales of $240M in late 2010. That didn’t fit in you’re your plans. Did you choose to ignore or mislead?

I could go on and on but that should keep the lawyers busy for a while.

The last straw was bringing on Rosen. This was after your entire executive board said no. You trumped them all and gave him a two-year contract. For all you lawyers out there here’s a hint to save time. Just pull up the Bayer lawsuit, do a search for Bayer and replace with Dendreon. Okay, here’s another straw. Dan Mini-Me. Rob has already taken credit for inventing the internet among everything else. You’ll have to think of something else to justify your arrogance.

Oh and one last question for Mitch. We’ve all been touched by cancer but you’ve been very vocal about it. How many of those millions you pocketed were donated to cancer research? Thought so!
 






Desperate company has people posting on this board because they don't want the criminal behavior talked about. They talk about behavior on a stupid bulletin board and we are talking about real criminal behavior that is being investigated by the FBI and other federal agencies. The criminal behavior will be discussed until justice is served and justice will be served on a golden platter. Deal with it..... Make your own positive threads about dendreon instead of reading the posts that discuss the finances and criminal behavior.

Alas, he will go to jail. The company denial about this really hurts it. JJ can say nothing without looking like felonious pumper who was the last CEO and still stands behind him as a board member.

Very sad, they could clean up and move forward. But, instead are curled up and committed to defend the indefensible.

Exactly! They will not clean up because most are complicit. They are complicit and they know it and can't clean up. It would be admitting their own guilt. This won't be cleaned up until the the Feds clean it up for them.
 






Well, there was plenty of bad news today. The only bright spot was that Dendreon was cutting 600 jobs. It is the whining people at Dendreon that caused this mess and maybe making this big cut will get the remaining staff to "step up" and save their company. Maybe a little less posting about how jealous you are of Mitch's money and a little more time making a good product more saleable.

Stop blaming everyone else for the troubles with Dendreon. You are the problem and layoffs are a partial cure.

I think the response to my post confirms the type of employees have driven this compnay into the ground. Angry, inept and balming everyone but themselves. God help us and hope the new employees have more maturity and ability.

it was evident all along this idiot was a mouthpiece for mgmt.. mngt was doing the same thing at the call. blaming the salespeople they had and thinking new sales people are going to fix this. i have no doubt who this guy is speaking for and who sent him here. that is the ultimate in desperation. he can't win this debate. someone called him impotent and thats the perfect word for him. i have no doubt hes impotent in multiple ways.

I'm the one who started calling him impotent. Every time I see one of his posts it reminds me of a little yip dog in a car with the windows rolled up, throwing itself against the window all the while yipping furiously.
