WP and B+L management are trying to grow this company. It does not make sense to layoff anyone. The company is doing great and all three divisions are winning big in the marketplace.

It's delusional nonsense like that, that is the exact reason why RX and Surgical are getting murdered by the big boys.

If anyone in HQ had an ounce of accountability they would examine the situation and tell it like it is and fix the reasons why they are not winning at all.
