Leqvio leads? They have an 80% IC payout guarantee. It is the Entresto leads that have no idea how they are ranked and where they stand with IC as they never received goals for January through April. NO GOALS, NO RANKINGS, NOTHING.
 




Why are we acting like 80% payout is satisfactory? We’re busting our asses to launch a drug while dealing with multiple teams calls, SOCs, FRMs, ABLs, AdSars, everyone scrambling to get a gold star. This place sucks & it’s worse than it’s ever been.
 








And what fictional numbers are they using to determine payout? Sounds like its a best guess based on sales through distribution and what the RD’s say based on Provider telling the rep they sent someone to an AIC.
All sounds very scientific and accurate.
