This is the first step. Then, comes the cancelling of the PDI contract, certain layoffs as result of territory realignment, as list of drs (mainly PCPs) gets shortened. CV1 and CV2 will have mirror territories, calling on smaller number of PCPs and a healthy group of CRDs.
CV1 and CV2 will be under the same manager.
Answer this question, how long do you think this free for all budgets, for programs and lunches, was going to go on?

PDI was told last week that we only have $1k a month, unless abl directs otherwise. No more programs either. It’s coming!

Poor planning by upper management has gotten nvs into a budget mess. Who thought it would be a good idea to let pdi have "free" budgets on programs for little to none ROI to fill seats on tier 4 or non target pcp's to check a box? Who was keeping track of this all year? But nvs employees are to blame

NVS managers and reps are to blame. It’s your company, your drug so you bare the cross. You guys spent so much time treating PDI bad you forgot the ultimate outcome. It’s going to be great to see some of you get cut. PDI, we signed up to get cut at some point...no big deal to us, mean while all you guys will spend sleepless nights trying to figure out your next move. ABLs will be exceptionally fun to see get cut.

You are right, my friend.
