Not that long ago Yolanda and Brett told the entire division how much we were valued and layoffs were not even being considered because of our robust pipeline. Like many companies, this was hog wash. The reality is that ICAHN Investors say B&L is bloated, has a horrific pipeline and excess debt. Do what you feel is best for you. My advise, update your resume and seek greener pastures. This leadership is incompetent and substandard. Long-term goals and projections are completely contrary to what industry analysts are projecting. Best of luck to everyone!

She is worthless as well as our crack upper management. These people don't give a rat's ass about any of the reps or lower mid managers. Her attitude on that pathetic conference call said it all!
