No Layoffs....

MY RD just announced that he got this new position calling on managed care companies locally so there has to be some sort of layoffs with that occuring...why do they take such good care of RD's and shaft the reps?
 


















I heard from a credible source that the final number will be PRE Vyvanse numbers.

My guess is around 300; that number will include SCS reps. They will be hybrid to carry additional areas.

It will happen over the next few weeks.

It's going to brutal.
 
























I do not believe anything on here. If everything on here were true "according to insider info" we would have been sold three weeks ago.

To those out there spreading false truths and creating mass histeria, you will get what's coming to you eventually.

My souce was a former ZD who is no longer with the company but still is in the loop due to contacts.

So, no I am not a troll.

No I didn't but see how easy it is to be an insider on this site. Bottom line whatever is gonna happen is going to happen. Nothing we can do about it. Best of luck to everyone.
 












How did you know man? He has been right on all of these coming down the pipe. He said 350 though and not 300. Also, he said all areas are in these layoffs and watch out if your tenured reps
 






How did you know? He will be right on the 350 reps as well as those that are tenured need to watch out. He has been right on timeline and how they would do this whole thing.

So...are layoffs today or is this crap going to be strung out over an entire month? What is the tiimeline your source gave you?

A broad overview will be given on the conference call today and some potential layoffs before and after the call...however most of them will be strung out over the month and handled individually by RD's, ZD's, and HR since 2 people have to be with you or on the phone to handle this. Although this is a stupid way to do it this is the way it will most likely be handled unfortunately.

Why would it be strung out? It only takes 5 minutes to call a rep and tell them they're cut. I say they make the cuts right after thanksgiving. Hopefully this broad overview will give reps an idea that their territory is in danger so they can find another job.
