No KAE Bonuses

Starting in January our bonuses will evaporate. While my SME continues to be a stud and put accounts in my BOB, the medicare cuts and "leaks in the boat" will lead to zero bonuses for unsavey reps. The key is to wack the system. Don't worry about your losses, writeoffs and lost accounts. In the end I will still make my 60K and go home and wack off all day. I'll keep wacking and then continue to wack and eventually, when time has past, I will, you guessed it! Keep wacking. I might get that extra $2,500 bonus once or twice and be a happy wacker all year long.

No seriously, I. am. very. concerned. about the well being of my familyis and the outlook of this company. We are having to sell my wifes wedding ring to pay the mortgage this month and to have a little extra for Christmas gifts for the kids. My wife is constantly yelling at me to work but, there is no point. This company is ruining my marriage and life. The only hope I have is to find a way out of this hell hole.

Maybe, If you worked you would be successful. LCA will eliminate the Non-working SME's. You're being watched. KAE's are getting bonuses 6 months out of the year. No complaints here.
 






























I have been with LC for 7 years as a KAE and have never made over 90K. The guy that is wacking it is correct sir. Working hard does you no good. The key is to creat a perseption that you actually care and work hard. This company is all about BS and BS. KAE call-ins=BS, daily call in=BS and mine is complete BS (do you think I really go in and see my accounts), my manager is full of BS, ect, ect, ect. Bottom line, this company sucks!
 
























True, We have a Rep in our area who does not work at all, The Kae bust butt to fix all the Reps promises such as pricing, etc. Make sure to tell his/her manager and they will be held accountable.
 






KAE vs SME? Please. KAE's need to wear their blue collar shirts and leave it to sales to bring in the business. Screw any KAE up sell crap. KAE's "maintain" and SME's "sell"...period. Call ins do not mean ship either. East coast dominates those west coast slackers btw.
 






Why does the same idiots continue to think that todays KAE are blue collar, non selling, customer service reps? You are the reason corporate put a call in for KAE in the first place, the non working, straight quota SME. Look at corporate rankings of variance growth of top KAE, do they match up to their SME? If so, great they are working as a team. If the top SMEs, KAE partners are also in the top 20 or so, it is working as well, the KAE is retaining business, and growing it, again working as a team. N Now if there is a KAE at the top, with R21/r78 putting their SME partner to shame, then there is your answer, KAE can sell,KAE is doing what corp wants, SME is not, OR, the KAE has been constantly told like some of these posts continue to harp about, how worthless they are, just a service rep, they are the reason budgets are not met, they can't sell..... Well in that case any KAE that has even the tiniest of a backbone should lock out the SME and out sell them 10 to 1. So, no KAE commission, this company will lose excellent hunters in waiting, they will go to another pasture and then, the new thread will be all about non competes........

KAE jobs are customer service thats it who are you kidding ?? SME jobs are supposedly Sales but again they both do the same thing basically . There is no need for both as it just pits them against each other !! Typical LCA . Worked there many years until retiring and it never changes from what I hear . What a company run out of NC ! .Never changes .
 






KAE's aren't making any bonus because they don't get paid on IPA business. We spend all of our time putting out HMO/IPA fires while my manager sits in her office yelling at us. We need a new manager who knows how to motivate and not intimidate. You know who I'm talking about?
