For many, employment at Eisai will soon end. For those that find themselves on the outside, do not give in to fear. Even with the world's economy doing badly and with no end in sight, take heart. The important things in life will become more clear to you. You will become stronger and more grateful. Take some time to gather your thoughts. Don't be short tempered with those that love you. Realize that you are never alone. You will find avenues to succeed both professionally and personally as you move forward. Don't give up. Times like these are not the end of the world. Civilization existed long before big pharma. Have faith and acknowledge where the most powerful strength in the universe comes from. Best wishes to all.
 



What apositive and inspiring message. Yes, the end is here for all, not just for us here atesi, but all through the industry. We should really look back at the good old days.

But don't you remember the last time Mr. Naito spoke to us and told us, "we are not big Pharma"
 



Remember the good days and look forward to the future. Your faith, a sense of humor and a good attitude will serve you well. Anyone can be happy when everything is going good. It is the faithful that can move through tough times with real confidence in what lies ahead.
 






The "Good old days" are still here for our worthless leaders. There is no shared sacrifice in Eisai. Do LC, SS, or OB get a paycut? NO.
