So whose brilliant idea is it to fill a highly specialized sales role with individuals without clue? I mean, I guess I’ll just take up dancing without fully understanding the strength and agility it takes to actually swing on a pole.

You people at Avanir have lost your minds!!!! But yeah, come work for a company that will pay you subpar salaries, train you and then lay you off at the end of 2022. Nothing to see here….
 




When you pay a 3.5 billion for a co. that has one drug that doesn’t live up to the hype and no pipeline to boot, you have to make your money back by hiring people with no experience and paying them nothing. Otsuka will absorb Avanir at some point and most if not all of the jobs will disappear
 












Clearly this is someone who interviewed for a position here and was turned down and is now salty about it haha take your "experience" else where you probably interviewed like crap.. Some of our best people we have came in with very little experience but with the right attitude and smarts...yoir pea brain clearly can't handle this "high level" position
 




Avnr people are peeps who couldn't make it anywhere else. Trust me. We all tried this sad company and got out. Those that are still here can't get hired from "friends" who left. This is a second rate company who can't play in the big leagues..if you cashed your stock from the old days then you were here at the right time. If you are still hanging on, well I feel sorry for you and your made up disease.

Worst manager company product I can go on and on !! The best part was the manager who lied on ALL her ride alongs for years. Wonder if they caught her yet. ? Wa’el and HR why don’t you take a look ? You may be surprised and embarrassed about someone you praise so often. Jokes on upper management now.
