Next day, I get a rejection letter.

Good use of that “advanced education” by seeking a rep job. You’re a tool, and you’re mad that the recruiter was not impressed with your online MBA. Just get one of the 500 doctors that you know to hire you as an office manager.

Sounds like you are over 23 years old so you are not a “culture” fit for BD reps these days. Not sure why you are interviewing for entry level med sales with an advanced degree either.
