NO BONUS AGAIN IN CV

This is outrageous. We are all generating business for no bonus. We are all looking for new jobs. Novartis can’t get the data right and apportionment is single handedly the worst way to decide what district gets credit. This company is a huge dumpster fire. Thank you Des and Neal for ruining everything. Reps used to care and we all work hard for nothing. I’m so out of here.

If you are going all in on leqvio & not getting paid it’s time to sit back and relax for a while. Less effort and same outcome. You’re just working against at yourself this point.

Yes. There is zero chance micromanaging me with more and more metrics and spreadsheets is going to get the sales out of me just paying me would get. In fact, the more they treat me like they don’t trust me, the lower my motivation gets. I’ve been carrying my team on Leqvio for awhile and I’m coasting now. There is no reward to standing out as a great Leqvio rep, because no one notices and your whole team takes credit.

Nobody in senior management seems to understand how devastating this is to the products bottom-line. There is no sense of urgency as it relates to fixing the territorial accountability piece, so they just throw call-averages and other dated metrics at you because its all they know.

It never mattered how many injections were reported in my geography cp to the rest of the District, I still was not doing enough. What a joke!

I killed it on the Leqvio launch and have built one of the highest volume territories in the nation. Guess who cares/notices? NO ONE. Never gotten much more than an average bonus due to the rest of my area. I’m coasting now.

You weren't laid off because you didn't produce syringes, because its never mattered.
It didn't when they delayed it a year, it didn't when the Leqvio locator destroyed potential accounts, it didn't when Duane paid us to give it away, it didn't when they shitcanned the ISET team, and it doesn't now.
It will never matter, because they can't even recognize how broken it is. 50% of people have coasted from day one, and they have no idea who to fire and who to keep. It just isn't important enough to them.
It would be farcical if people weren't going to lose their health insurance over it.

When senior leadership legitimately has no idea what to do, throw in additional metrics. It's another distraction used to take the focus off of their incompetence. They should all be fucking fired
 




I don’t shit post on here, I tell the truth based on my experience. There will be another layoff. If I were in charge, the layoffs would occur months before the Vegas meeting. Regroup with a leaner team with larger geographies promoting Leqvio, the final days of Entresto with a bridge to the Pelacarsen launch.

Yeah, I think anyone with an I.Q. anywhere in the vicinity of room-temperature understands a layoff is coming. And it is coming this year. And it will be deep and sweeping in nature. And territories are going to be much bigger.
Here is a prediction: those who do stay are at risk for their jobs in '25 because they will look outside the company for Pelacarsen reps. They despise promoting from within, and the Leqvio run has been nothing short of abysmal.
They have two choices: blame the field for this disaster and look to completely clean house and start over with new reps who will carry Pelacarsen and Leqvio, or own up to their role in this mess, clean house at the home office, and give some people with legitimate experience in Buy and Bill a shot at trying to save this sinking ship.
We already know which of these two they are going to pick. Bottom line is nobody in C.V. at the A.B.L. or sales rep positions is safe, even if they survive this years' bloodletting.
