the survey is what, 2-3 multiple choice questions? It does nothing.

NNI surveys are ridiculous. This last one is asking about the NNI way. It asks questions about you as an individual, if you are following the NNI way, of course everyone is going to answer yes, but what the survey should be asking is if we feel LEADERSHIP follows the NNI way and in my area, the WEST area, that would be a gigantic NO.
