They squeezed the field, all while feigning concern, up until the layoff to try and "maximize profits"... Suddenly its unsafe for reps to work in an office.. Such coincidence.. I guess we may not make numbers and the second quarter phantom bonus will disappear.

Pay the reps the money you them..
Stop buying new software system platforms and inventing uses..
Give all remaining employees an additional "corporate fatigue" bonus..
Layoff half the "training department" .. and the made up work functions..
Layoff the field ops team in charge of "bonuses and incentives"
Send Vince back to Canada with Frank..
Hire accounting employees in the US and stop "off shoring"
Just delete the whole coaching report farce.. Its subject, inaccurate, deceitful..
Stop creating then destroying various sales forces.. You do not know what to do.. So stop

Congratulations to Vince and Frank, you are now officially the biggest joke in this company! Best part is there are as many CE positions as RBD positions. 6 people to split up a job a single DMIP could do. How does that equate to being right sized?
