Nima... The classic case of the loser, geek that was bullied as a child and always wanted to be part of the "in" crowd...turned corporate bully. He treated that place like he was running a Frat house. This guy was the classic case of the cotrol freek who then shifted all of the blame on others when his poor deicions and lack of leadership resluted in failure.

He is the major part of why this place has not hit a single goal for Menveo. Typical corporate BS...poor leaders run the business into the ground and then move on. This is the worst run most cancerous place there is in this industry.

All of the top talent will be leaving in droves. It's too late. Those of us that have been part of this from the start have seen it coming. Why didn't you?? You have the survey's. Well said! All the posts true (except for the one the seems Nima posted himself). Anyone wonder how everyone leaves this sinking ship and gets promoted to "biotech"??? This place is a resume killer. What a surprise when this years' surveys show ZERO improvement over last years'. I predict crickets on the call...
 






What a relief that Nima is gone. He created such a toxic environment and shame on Andrin for allowing it to happen. I hope that they clean house and get rid of all of Nima's pets!
