Nice replacement for CT.

You mean before the IBU beomes part of the BHBU. Enbrel goes off patent in 18 months. Prolia in 11 years; do the math. Prolia plus sclerostin equals the dissolution of the IBU, it was a good run but all things must come to an end.

Wake up. The new leadership of the BHBU is the IBU. KK, JT and RL are the same team that turned Enbrel around.

really, why? we can't understand our new gm and don't think he has any us experience at all. worse our new sales leader isn't a sales person at all. it's going to be like the IBU before KK was there, which was a mess and a place no one wanted to be, add to that we don't have much patent life left and no new drug to sell....careful what you wish for...just might get it....

couldn't agree me with the above, i've been in IBU sales for over 8 years and this is by far the weakest group we've ever had. what is the deal? we're closing shop in the next year or two so it didn't matter? are these guys actually great and no one else but JD sees that? i can't imagine putting the GM or the sales lead in front of my important customers. makes me feel like the company could care less about the IBU

No cancer doesn't start at the top, but ignorance does. The new team is ignorant, and maybe dumb too but i'll give them the benefit of the doubt but am certain they will prove it to us at S1. My god, what a group. Sad that this was allowed to happen to the IBU, know nothing, know nothing, deliver nothing, 3 wannabes....

That recent voicemail sounded like Joe the Plumber was giving us a pep talk. I can't imagine him meeting with top industry leaders much less an educated physician!

Underestimate him at your peril. Customers love him and always have. We want him back. By the way, anything EVER good enough for you. You must be the best.

So true. He is solid in front of the customer because he is natural and doesn't pretend to be anyone other than he is. Has great values and cares about his people.

BHBU got lucky in the swap, got all the talent and leadership. leaders that care about teams and know what it takes to get it done. we got the short end of the stick in the IBU with our leaders. can you imagine taking the new leadership team to see our most important customers? the group has so little experience in all the areas that we need, tough to get excited about next year.

to above post, no i can't. having been a part of the IBU for over 10 years i've seen a lot. good and bad. the people at that top aren't bad, but they aren't experienced in the areas they've been placed and it's hard to look at any of them and say the move to put them there made sense. it doesn't matter much for our day to day selling but it matters for our long term business. with all the people we have here, and all the experience and talent did we really need to hire a sales vp that never sold? did we really need to hire a gm with no us in-line experience? how can you credibly hire, direct and train people when you've never done the job? we don't hire reps and dm's without experience, yet for the most important positions in the business we make that exception. just doesn't make any sense.
