I'd like to hear from the Reps in those territories about their success...

If you're in New England, it's pretty clear Massachusetts is a dead dog with managed care so I wanted to see how things are going in those other states...

How are your numbers up there vs the country and how is managed care for Bystolic, Namenda, and Daliresp? Are you seeing bonus?

It's been game over in all of New England, except for CT for about 5 years, the only thing we can do is fake it on field rides, and in VT that is not even possible.

No need for all the reps in this region. Access has been declining for years. I would trim back the low productivity reps and just let a few rainmakers make the numbers. This will cost company less, reps will sell more and the good reps will appreciate the fact they don't have to share their territory with worthless primary care reps. Go lean and mean. It's the way the industry has been moving for years. Frx is in the dark ages

I think the lean and mean should apply to managers as well. There are too many and do nothing really to help improve numbers. Forest should try and have 1 manager per territory and see how it works. They don't need to ride that much anyway and there could be territory meetings on occasion to discuss numbers etc. Get out of our way mgrs and save the company money.
