They have to the end of Aug to respond to FDA. Managers have been picked but don't know if they are actually employed. They are direct hire like the Depomed deal.
I was supposed to have interview months ago and then was given the bad news that everything was on hold pending further FDA info. Guess its still going forward hopefully for Q4 but its all pending FDA approval.

who is running the sales force? Is this 100% Ventiv or is there even anyone at Nextwave that is going to oversee the sales force. I heard that at one time Nextwave had hired somebody that had been with Ventiv to run the sales force but that the person was shall we say a bit "out of touch" with anything except how to run a contract sales force? They were posting for positions back in May. What is the real story?

I was told there is a problem with the package or the manufacturing. Nextwave has another meeting with FDA in two weeks, launch now set for Jan. 2012, they hope?

Yes, but Pfizer just bought NextWave. I know some PDI folks seem to think they were getting the NextWave contract? Or was it inVentiv? Either way, might be dead in the water for both since Pfizer has stepped in.

PDI has this contract. I interviewed for it without the client or product being disclosed beforehand. It is for liquid Ritalin calling on peds. I had ethical concerns with "baby Ritalin" so I declined further interviews. Paid really good, though-- 69k was offered.
