Next week

Heard this through a previously reliable source. They didn't quote a number of souls but I hope it's incorrect.

"number or souls"... Seriously??!!? People aren't freaking dying and they aren't on a plane that has crashed. They are being laid off and have had nearly a year's notice that they were going to be working for a company that was going to decrease costs substantially.

There is life after Bausch / Valeant... and it has potential to be much better than sitting around complaining about what has befallen all of us... those already gone and those sitting on their a$$ waiting for something to happen to them. How ridiculous some of these posts are.

Cuts in R&D are close. Valeant doesn't need new products, and thinks they can outsource the maintenance of existing line quality and compliance. Did McKinsey interview you? If not, your group might get kicked out to the curve. No insulting is going to change that. Many are sending out resumes, and the old timers are waiting for the severance package before they start looking. Valeant only cares about keeping their buying spree alive, not about quality.

WHO CARES! Quit complaining!! Change happens. Get off CP and do so etching with your life! Crying and moaning does not pay the bills.
