Been laughing my butt off at the posts about how dysfunctional market access has become. If it's so bad, who should take over? Any thoughts people?

Any thoughts? Sounds like the new guy is solid. Great background with a lot of experience. May need to come in and shake things up. Get leadership back to leading and not managing.

So Ray S finally retired.

Ray retired. Oh No! What a loss to B-MS. He has been a charismatic leader and should have been President of some kind of geography or business after he facilitated a meeting between GC and the retired congress leader. What a loss to competition above all because they would have never got such a dysfunctional competitor leading MA in the first place. Has been responsible for catastropihic business decisions. I expected GC to put him as a successor to Bernadette but it seems MG showed him the door.

Please close the door behind you Ray. This is the happiest day in my life and the lives of many people at B-MS. Don't forget to take the MA idols with you. BTW, you can make a great specialty Rep for Keytruda if you want.

Based on what I know, he won't compare to our current leader at all. Ray is the best leader ever. Believe me, I know him well. He listens to his people, hires the best leaders in the industry, pushes back when other departments are asking for something ridiculous, always talked highly about his boss, put equal numbers of men and women on his direct report leadership team, never liked to talk on stag but did it to show just how open this organization has been and knew everyone in His organization by first name of course.

I (oops I mean) "he" will be missed dearly. It will be a sad day in late January when he walks out for the last time. Sniffle sniffle. How will BMS survive?

Now that is funny. You with a sense of humor. The only people that think you are funny, are the bobbled head dolls that report to you. They have to laugh with you. We are laughing at you. Guess that Priceton degree didn't teach you as much as you thought.
