Who knows!? I had good intel something was going to happen in January but then that got pushed back! HO is pretty quiet about any changes forthcoming! I did hear about a memo about having to retain a specific headcount re co-promote contracts. Bottom line is everyone top down is trying to sustain the viability of the company. At this point, your guess is as good as mine!
 






All the reps were ranked. If you are a jerk and have bad numbers, you're gone. Even if your numbers are good, if you're a piece of shit, you're gone too. They basically hand picked who they wanted. Look in the mirror. Are you well like by your district mates and DM? If the answer is no, or if you have to think about it, you're gone.
 






It’s all a guessing game at this point. An outside consulting firm handles the restructuring so it’s whatever parameters meet what company is looking for. More than likely it will have much to do with volume potential in a territory vs what us currently being produced. Although I’m sure that has some weighting. I was told they can’t cut based on performance due to so many variables. My mgr said there will no rhyme or reason and will be based on multiple value points. Similar number of high and low performing reps, similar number of tenured and newer reps, similar number of male/female etc. Done in this manner to avoid lawsuits!
 






That DM has not been a DM for very long. There will be a criteria and the top two things they will be looking at is performance and geographical location/viability. The maps drawn up first and people plugged in based on the above. Simple as that.
 






Let’s not forget about the AR reps. They will definitely have cuts too. This will be a good way to clean house of those overpaid, underperforming, and useless reps. Many of SAR reps can step right into their role without disruption.

I think several DSI SARS are better than their AR counterparts but not all of them...the hard part for the company is how do you calculate the impact of the SARs over the past year with Injectafer? That's not really easy to do...DSI will not do anything that could affect the business so yes performance will play a role but it'll be hard to delineate who has performed better between a SAR and an AR person.
 












Nice try. If that’s the case, my entire district would be eliminated along with the AR reps in my area. Confirmed with home office that it was sent to those with open expense reports. Concur going through changes and it was sent to everyone with an open expense report.
 






If you didn’t move over any expenses to your February expense report they wouldn’t have any reason to send you an email to have you clean up your expenses. So I wouldn’t feel so safe if you didn’t get one. It seems that any one who moved over an expense got one. If you didn’t move any over there would be no reason to get one. Good luck.
