Any new news on layoffs and management change? When does Valeant take over? Have people been informed of the date of the layoffs?

Have there been any all employee meetings giving details on the cutbacks in facilities, departments, program cutbacks etc.?
 


















Rumour had it that the Lens business to stay with Global structure......Why?.....Because they're gonna sell it on or it's gonna take time to understand the business. Any thoughts?
