Nonsense .

Installation of two production lines already underway and plans for a third are underway. More cafe pharma threats.

B&L contributed significantly to revenue increase in Q1 /14
 






Look at the slides from the last Valeant presentation. There are more B&L synergies (specifically in manufacturing) to be had this year. It's not a question of when, it's a question of where.
 






Synergies would most likely come from discontinuing old products and older manufacturing processes (Cast Mold polymacon , etc.)

Zeus aka Ultra is moving forward in Rochester .
 






I have heard the same info as the OP above regarding Zeus going to Waterford.
As far as I know, its when it takes off big time (which it will). Waterford will have the extra floor space required for the large Zeus production lines that Rochester simply wont have at its disposal.
Its a back up plan if the Biotrue products dont take off as hoped
