Sadly you are correct. It has been a very demotivating year. I have seen more people turn into self serving monsters. Unfortunately, these are the cards our company has delt us. What benefit do we have to help one another when we are forced ranked and a layoff threat handing over our heads all the time. Now it will be who can take credit for jardiance
growth.. The game continues!

This has already been done. It was called "the plan" where people in the bottom 1/3 were harassed and some were actually fired. This job is 80% sheer luck, if you have a crappy territory bail.

Please google the word managed care, dipshit. 10-15 years ago I wholeheartedly agree with you but now when one pays 20 for yours and 330 for another no amount of skills, ability, relationships matter. Please leave the home office.
