Yes imminent. But there seems to be two theories as to when the layoffs will occur.

1) Oct/Nov
2) Shortly After NSM

Number two has been mentioned by amongst upper management that leaked. However recently email suggest that number 1 is back on the table.

I don’t understand why you would bring people to the NSM and then lay them off. I get Novartis will do whatever the hell wants but it’s bad for morale to have people sit through the big rah rah we care about you, cv place to be BS and then announce layoffs 2 months later. Possibly Novartis waits until generic avail in pharmacies. With them dragging out the legal side, grasping at everything to delay generic entry status quo can remain until Aug 2025? Hope not. It’s painful now. Could cut half of us and have enough people to cover Entresto.
