Hey newbie from the West Region. You stepped in into a high performing territory. The OAM you took over from would have won COE should he had decided to stay.
Now you think you are one of the golden boys. You just are good with your Brown Nose.
So how have you done with Bromsite and Xelpros. We’re you able to keep the Bromsite business or convert customers - No.
How about Xelpros? You’re at the bottom 20% of the Salesforce.

The entire Sun team knows who he was - he always won COE by doing very little. Of course his team was pissed. RM's complained, but Hags never did a thing. Why rock the boat, when the $$$ are coming in. Oh well, but the others never had a chance to win. Thats why I left. Joke of a company.

Don’t be jealous, I will be winning COE this year whether you like it or not. It takes hard work to maintain business and quite frankly, I think I am doing hell of a job so suck it!

Yes you will be winning COE because the territory you inherited has been primed to do well with Cequa with good Medi/ Medi coverage. If your doing a hell of a job why can’t you convert customers to the 2 other products. You haven’t been able to. And does everyone know one of your customers is your Dad. Isn’t that nice.
 






Oh that young kid JM? Daddy writes it for him and he transferred there from the other side of the US to take a performing territory because he wasn't doing jack in his original territory.

Lets face it no one is killing it COE is just the best of the worst. It's not even an accomplishment because everyone is getting crushed. We sill haven't hit a 4 market share.... pathetic!
