As I dread going back to work Monday I do have to ask myself: What new will happen this year? Will we be around next year? Seems like every quarter we are replacing 10-20% of our sales force. You’d think my RBM and Area Director would look at themselves and say “Hey, maybe there’s something we can do to help retain employees”. But he just does whatever she says. So, more crazy worksheets that do absolutely 0 to move business. More and more new people as we try to reinvent the wheel every quarter and pass the buck down the line for any short comings.
